 I'm Scott Orich and I've been practicing (someday I'll know it all) real estate in the Indianapolis area since 2004.

My areas of expertise are waterfront homes on Geist or Morse Reservoir, new home construction and helping homeowners that have fallen behind in their mortgage payment. I live on Geist Reservoir so I 'walked the walk' with waterfront homes. Who better to know the nuisances of living on the water than someone who lives on the water. I have the ability to show these homes from the water - what better way to see a home than by boat. I know the local builders such as Arbor, David Weekly, Drees, KB, M/I, Pulte, Ryan, Ryland, Silverthorne and Westport and their communities in the Indianapolis area. This knowledge is valuable in helping you select the right home, in the right community for the right price. My transactional and negotiating experience with lending institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi Mortgage and Chase have saved many a homeowner from foreclosure allowing them to move on with their life.
